Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 12:00 (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed after 12:00 or at weekends will be processed the next working day. For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days. Overseas orders should normally be received within 5-10 working days. We will usually use UPS / DHL etc or Royal Mail or a secure courier service for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses. All orders will require a signature on delivery. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £25 or the products (whichever is less) to cover our postal and administrative costs. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the card holder's billing address.
Right of Cancellation
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. Or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address shown below. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
Special / custom orders (i.e. orders with custom coating and or logo engraving) are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.

In addition to the above, we also offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 15 days and for whatever reason you are not happy with it, please call us on 0778 6342 940 and talk to us about the issue. Simply return the item unused in its original packaging to the address shown below. Once the item has been received, your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us. The Item/s must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please call us on 0778 6342 940 within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate.
